Job Overview:

  • This role oversees the delivery of multiple technical projects and product implementations across various sectors.
  • Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of milestones, fostering a culture of delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end technical programs and product implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Client teams to identify dependencies, risks, and change requests.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps, providing regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.

Desirable Experience:

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
