Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Director to lead our technology projects and drive change within large-scale technology delivery environments.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve goals.
  • Build and manage a team of skilled professionals to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • First-class bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Proficient in web development frameworks like ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with legacy development products such as ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, and older .NET Framework versions is beneficial.
  • Understanding of financial products and markets is a plus.
  • Experience with web services and APIs is required.
  • Knowledge of code analysis or automated testing tools is advantageous.
