Job Description:

As a seasoned Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing construction schedules, guiding project planning engineers, and managing the deployment of Primavera P6 software. This esteemed position offers a leadership opportunity to mentor a team of Planning Engineers and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules using P6, ensuring seamless alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate construction activities into the overall project plan, fostering a culture of effective communication and teamwork.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Planning Engineers, providing technical guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills in project planning and scheduling.
  • Establish standardized procedures for schedule development, resource allocation, and progress tracking, continuously improving planning processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review and validate project schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of P6 software, collaborating with IT teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in P6 software, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to drive project success.
