
Administrative Director

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate statutory registers and records.
- Draft and review critical legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate and facilitate strategic board meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance practices and policies.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage necessary filings.
- Manage shareholder communications and maintain up-to-date shareholder registers.
- Offer guidance on matters related to corporate law and governance.
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with corporate governance and compliance practices.
