We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge technology stack. As a Senior Full Stack Developer and Team Lead, you will be responsible for crafting scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications that meet high performance standards.
  • Architect cloud infrastructure using AWS best practices for security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Develop and optimize front-end (React.js/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  • Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching systems (Redis).
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for the team.
  • Mentor and guide a growing team of developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vision into reality.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Drive innovation through AI/ML integrations and modular product evolution.

Required Skills

  • Full-stack development for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in React Native, React.js/Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS frameworks, Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture design.
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, schema design, and optimization.
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Agile/Scrum practices, strong problem-solving, decision-making ability.
