We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 17-20 years of experience in test automation with hands-on experience in tools such as Selenium, UFT, Web Services, Soap UI, and API testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design architecture of automation projects
  • Promote QA productivity through automation tools and other best practices
  • Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning execution and reporting is effective and efficient
  • Lead the definition implementation and maintenance of standard test automation processes methodologies tools and templates
  • Work with teams on the automation Strategy and the Tool Kit Selection
  • Do Code reviews verify coding standards are being met
  • Work with peer discipline leads in Development QA and Project Management
  • Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers

Requirements:

  • Experience in ReSTfulSOAP Webservices Groovy
  • Experience in BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber
  • Experience in CI Tools like Jenkins
  • Experience in Database testing
  • Experience in Built tools like Gradle or Maven etc
  • Excellent communication Documentation Skills
  • Experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams
  • Customer Facing Experience is a must
  • Airlines ecommerce Automation testing experience is a plus
  • Experience in transitioning automation activities from other teams vendor will definitely be a big plus
