The ideal candidate will be a strategic and resourceful leader with experience in managing premium hotel properties. This leadership role demands operational excellence, effective liaison with government authorities, and ensuring business continuity, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

About the Role

  • Operational Leadership: Lead the hotel's overall operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security.
  • Develop Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the hotel's vision, brand standards, and financial goals.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and monitor KPIs to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.

Financial Management

  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyse financial reports and implement corrective measures where necessary to achieve revenue and cost targets.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory controls to minimize wastage and optimize value.

Guest Experience and Brand Management

  • Guest Satisfaction: Uphold and promote high standards of guest satisfaction, service excellence, and personalized experiences.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor guest feedback, online reputation, and implement service recovery protocols where necessary.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure the property maintains brand integrity and complies with brand standards and audit requirements.

Human Resource Management

  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment, induction, and training of hotel staff in line with operational requirements and brand expectations.
  • Culture Building: Build a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, service, and continuous development.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and ensure employee engagement and retention.
