We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Manager to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, including procurement and delivery operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Nurture strong relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate the delivery process, including preparation and maintenance of sales invoices, delivery challans, and warranty documentation.
- Supervise inventory management and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare quarterly reports on supply chain performance, delivery management, and inventory control.
- Oversee invoicing and delivery of products to customers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with import and export processes, including customs regulations.
- Proficiency in software tools, particularly Tally.
- Able to prepare MIS reports.
- Skilled in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of audit processes.
- Familiarity with E-waybill procedures.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
