Market Research and Analysis Specialist

Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into pharmaceutical markets, product portfolios, competitors, and industry trends.

  • Analyze data from various sources, including IQVIA, SMSRC, HealthPlix, and other syndicated data providers.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as prescription trends, market share, brand performance, patient flow, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives, forecasting, and business planning.
Sales Force Optimization Expert

Design and implement sales force optimization strategies to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Develop CRM-based analytics to track sales force KPIs (coverage, frequency, call average, PCPM, territory performance).
  • Conduct performance gap analysis at division, region, territory, and individual levels.
  • Support headcount planning and deployment strategies.
Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist

Design, automate, and maintain business dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for clear visualization of market and sales data.

  • Deliver regular performance reports and monthly divisional presentations for internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management and Communication

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Project Management and Coordination

Lead and support custom market research studies, including vendor coordination, survey design, data validation, and analysis.

  • Ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research, analytics, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging AI and automation solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations.
