Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in retail banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of banking products and services. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
