Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer Leader to lead our tech team.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the entire tech function, including strategy, execution, and delivery.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases).
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.
  • A builder's mindset – comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
