Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and executing the platform engineering strategy aligned with product and business goals.

You will lead global R&D roadmap and product transformation initiatives, build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team, oversee development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

You will make technical decisions balancing engineering, business, and customer needs, drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, stability, and security, champion Agile methodologies, and foster a data-driven engineering culture.

Additionally, you will represent engineering to senior stakeholders and report on progress and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 20+ years in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Proven leadership managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies; familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines.
