Key Position: Executive Leader

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and seasoned executive leader to spearhead our manufacturing business specializing in mechanical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategic vision for the company.
  • Drive innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
  • Cultivate new domestic and international markets.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
  • Promote lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
  • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Own and deliver financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Pursue revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Establish new revenue streams and enhance the customer base.
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
  • Represent the company as an industry leader in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Demonstrated success as an executive leader, CEO, or MD in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Proven ability to scale businesses and enter new markets.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
