Role Description:

Junior Solution Analyst – AI

This role is responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to gather and document requirements, processes, and outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of AI-enabled solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-powered applications.
  • Maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, AI, automation, and low-code platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong documentation and communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.
