Job Title: Applied AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Applied AI Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models for various applications, including multi-turn dialogue, entity extraction, reasoning, and decision-making. They will also be responsible for fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) using open-source frameworks and evaluating model performance using qualitative and quantitative methods.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop machine learning models for complex tasks such as multi-turn dialogue, entity extraction, reasoning, and decision-making.
  • Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases using open-source frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Evaluate model performance using metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, Precision/Recall, and other relevant measures.
  • Collaborate with platform engineers to package models for secure, efficient inference on-premise or in the cloud.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering. They should also have experience working with popular AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and be familiar with version control systems like Git.
