About the Role:

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the implementation of APIs and SaaS products from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.\
• Cash Management Solutions: Implement cash management solutions, including electronic banking, ERP interfaces, host-to-host connectivity, API services, payables, receivables, and liquidity management.\
• Client Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients to identify their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.\
• Documentation: Execute service level agreements and product-specific documentation with clients.\
• Team Leadership: Lead and support a team through training and knowledge sharing.\
• Agile Implementation: Serve as an implementation owner in an agile team to deliver product builds that drive business growth and strategy.\
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support for existing clients on cash management platforms and handle back-office administration.\
• Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and concerns.\
• Complaint Resolution: Analyze and address complaints from clients to ensure commitments are met and client satisfaction is restored.\
• Regular Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders.\
• Document Validation: Validate all signed documents from clients before project go-live.\
• Skill Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in API design, cloud platforms, SaaS platforms, security, and compliance.\
• Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive team success.\
• Client Focus: Balance client interests with Deutsche Bank's objectives to deliver exceptional results.\

• SaaS Platforms: Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.\
• Security and Compliance: Understanding of security and compliance frameworks like OAuth, OpenID Connect, or HIPAA.\
• Payment/Reporting Message Formats: Familiarity with payment and reporting message formats like SWIFT MT101, MT940, MT942, MX messages, and others.\
• Banking Payment Products: Knowledge of various banking payment products globally.\
• Corporate Cash Management: Experience in corporate cash management, trade, and custody application support.\
• Excellent Communication: Strong abilities in communication, psychology, and writing.\
