Key Responsibilities
  • We're seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end talent journey for a cohort, including staffing and career development responsibilities.
  • This role requires effective interaction with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication with your cohort, CD Chairs, and Staffing team.
  • The ideal candidate will identify and address people development needs by matching the right candidates with cases.
  • Support regular check-ins and case evaluations, monitoring progress and closure.
  • Allocate advisors in a timely manner, working closely with Business team members.
  • Maintain and update CDC database for consulting cohort employees, assist CD Chair in preparing for meetings, and schedule planning.
  • Collaborate with Staffing Experts, Finance team, Mobility & Recruiting team, and attend weekly Staffing meetings to prepare agendas and staffing forecasts.
  • Plan and manage leaves during peak holiday periods, ensuring business continuity.
  • Implement process improvements within the CDC process when required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of related HR experience in a corporate environment from the consulting or services industry, preferably in an MNC setting.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Able to take a hands-on approach and excel in a large international company culture.
  • Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel.
  • Extensive use of Windows and software applications like Power Point, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Solid business partner with dialogue and communication skills at all levels.
  • Personal touch in explaining logic behind staffing decisions.
