Job Title:

Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned staffing specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll across various employee categories, ensuring compliance with statutory and labor laws in our fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for corporate employees, retail employees, and third-party contractual employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors for accurate and timely disbursement.
  • Validate salary inputs, handle payroll reconciliation, and ensure zero discrepancies.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for maintaining HR records, conducting internal audits and documentation reviews, and preparing HR dashboards, payroll MIS, and compliance trackers.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace/Google Sheets is also essential.

Qualifications: MBA in HR / PGDHRM with 4-6 years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with payroll, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
