Senior Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to lead our engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of product and project commitments, participating in product roadmap discussions, and providing inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • At least 7-15 years of total experience working on delivery/development/team management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in mobile technologies like Android.
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL.

Technical Skills & Efficiency:

  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in explaining complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.

Communication & Ownership:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
