At the forefront of power electronics, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our development of cutting-edge converter technologies.

The ideal candidate will oversee the design, development, and testing of high-power electronic systems for various applications, including Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities will include expanding an existing team, defining and executing R&D strategies to meet application requirements and specifications, and achieving regulatory compliance.

We plan to develop several prototypes for different applications, work with third-party manufacturers, and establish relationships with vendors to ensure process and product quality.

  • Lead a team of engineers
  • Develop a manufacturing roadmap to support the execution of the product roadmap
  • Oversee design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems

Main Objectives
  • Lead a team in the design, development, and testing of power electronic systems
  • Develop a manufacturing roadmap to support the execution of the product roadmap

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics, or related field; PhD preferred
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain
  • Extensive experience in product development and lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design
