We are seeking a Senior Technology Leader to drive innovation in power electronics and spearhead the development of cutting-edge power conversion systems.

  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems.
  • Define R&D strategy and lead product specifications, design, and modeling of power electronics used in power converters.
  • Develop a technology development roadmap and manage R&D project portfolios, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.

This role involves strategic leadership, collaboration with other departments and external partners, and bringing products from concept to manufacturing. A strong background in power electronics, semiconductor devices, and circuit design is essential for success in this position.

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee the design and development of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems. This includes defining R&D strategy, leading product specifications, design, and modeling of power electronics used in power converters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to collaborate with other departments and external partners, and have experience managing R&D project portfolios, including budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong vision for driving innovation and growth in the field of power electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a technology development roadmap and overseeing the design and development of cutting-edge power conversion systems.

The right candidate will have a deep understanding of power electronics, semiconductor devices, and circuit design, as well as experience in managing R&D project portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
