We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive the research, design, development, and delivery of our next-generation power electronics solutions. As Head of R&D, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and testing of power electronic systems for various applications.

This role involves leading a team of engineers, managing projects, fostering innovation with new technologies like SiC/Si-IGBT semiconductors, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other departments and external partners to bring products from concept to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include defining and leading the R&D strategy, developing a technology development roadmap, overseeing design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems. You will also lead product specifications, design, and modeling of power electronics used in power converters, oversee PCB layout and mechanical designs, and manage R&D project portfolios.

Additionally, you will build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary R&D team, foster a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration, and ensure all R&D activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
