Strategic Counselling Leadership Role

Leap into a senior counselling leadership position where you will drive strategic processes, guide teams, and propel growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own regional revenue accountability for your team of counsellors.
  • Lead a team of 80-100 counsellors and managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building high-performing teams, driving key process metrics, fostering an exceptional work culture, delivering strong customer focus, and driving exponential growth.
  • Collaborate with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Audit, oversee, and implement all operations initiatives for the organization while efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leverage a high degree of independence and decision-making autonomy to drive the team's 10X growth by owning the end-to-end process from TOFU to BOFU.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Over 10-12 years of experience managing P&L with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across 2-3 companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes, and metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
