Job Title: Customer Experience Trainer

As a CX Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to participants. Your expertise in customer experience will help create engaging and interactive learning environments that foster knowledge retention and application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing comprehensive training materials, including modules, presentations, and handouts.
  • Conducting training sessions, adapting delivery styles to meet diverse learning needs and preferences.
  • Transferring knowledge and skills through effective communication and practical exercises.
  • Assessing training needs, analyzing performance gaps, and designing interventions to address those gaps.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by assessing learning outcomes, collecting feedback, and making improvements.
