As a CX Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to participants. Your expertise in customer experience will help create engaging and interactive learning environments that foster knowledge retention and application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing comprehensive training materials, including modules, presentations, and handouts.
- Conducting training sessions, adapting delivery styles to meet diverse learning needs and preferences.
- Transferring knowledge and skills through effective communication and practical exercises.
- Assessing training needs, analyzing performance gaps, and designing interventions to address those gaps.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by assessing learning outcomes, collecting feedback, and making improvements.
- Providing individual support and coaching to participants as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Subject matter expertise in customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation and facilitation skills to deliver engaging content and facilitate discussions.
- Active listening and empathy to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Adaptability to tailor training methods, content, and delivery to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Organizational and time management skills to plan and execute training sessions effectively.
