We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to lead our branding efforts.

The ideal candidate will have six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. They must possess strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage senior decision makers and sell innovative concepts rather than pre-packaged services.

This is not a typical sales role – it's about building long-term partnerships with ambitious brands. The successful candidate will identify and acquire new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across various sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects
  • Setting up discovery conversations
  • Sharpening the pitch with leadership
  • Converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects
