Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Crisil Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing access recertification campaigns, monitoring user queries, and performing data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing work related to monitoring and maintenance of the Ratings Privileged Access Management (PAM) Framework.
  • Management of the ongoing 9+ custom Access Recertification Campaigns covering multiple areas and multiple target application platforms.
  • Monitoring, user query support and data validation and data analysis.
  • Post campaign review and access reconsolidation tasks via working with appropriate teams.
  • Data Analysis Activities:
    • Review of data from the Sailpoint platform to make sure it is aligned with the target systems, prior to the access recertification campaign launch.
    • Review of data and tasks where Manager / Entitlement Owner was not identified and correctly assign the tasks.
    • Monitoring of the campaign activities.
    • User query support.
    • Resolving issues with Identity and Access Management team (IAM) team.

Requirements:

  • Three years full time Graduation: B.Com / BMS / BBI / BAF or Computer Science, Data Science/ Data Analytics certifications from renowned institutions.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to grasp complex concepts and synthesize effective solutions.
  • Understanding of key Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts is a must have e.g. Access Recertification as part of Logical Access Management Risk.
  • Strong data analysis skills are a plus, such as ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Good self-management and the ability to work autonomously on projects/tasks.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions to gain an understanding of projects quickly.
  • Self-starter who knows how to seek out and find information that is needed but not provided.
  • Take responsibility for tasks and see them through to successful completion.
  • Strong collaboration skills with various technology teams to support data Strong communication skills, including communicating clearly in reports and emails.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; able to establish strong internal relationships.
  • Strong track record of project execution, problem-solving and process-improvement with emphasis on quality and timely delivery.
  • Able to operate independently with appropriate levels of supervision and able to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.

Crisil Limited offers a competitive salary range of ₹10.5 lakh - ₹14.2 lakh per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
