We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Access Request, Certification, Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management Processes, Workflows, and Role-Based Access Control. You should also be proficient in implementing custom rules, forms, workflows, and configuring various types of access certifications in IIQ.
Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in web services frameworks and related technologies such as Java, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, XML, as well as large-scale databases and related technologies like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and Hibernate.
You will work closely with application teams and platform support for customized configurations and issue resolutions, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring timely service or change request resolutions.
This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a global delivery model, working with diverse clients and being part of a complex cross-functional environment.
A successful candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, and be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 to $120,000 based on location and experience.
