Job Title: Sr. TAE (Client Engagement Specialist)

Job Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter and Client Engagement Specialist to enhance our team's capabilities. This role is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent while maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.



Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.


Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.


Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Interaction with panels: Interacting with panel members to check their availability and provide the slots to the team


Offer Management: Work on the offer process after selection along with documentation process.



Client Engagement Responsibilities:


Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.


Client Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and business goals to deliver customized recruitment solutions.


Regular Client Updates: Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process, including candidate pipeline, interview progress, and market feedback.


Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues that may arise during the recruitment process, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.


Reports: Sending daily/weekly reports to the client on submissions and interviews.



Required Skills:


2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and client management roles.


Hands-on experience working on SAP requirements (ABAP, PP, MM, FICO, CO, EWM, SD, MM), java, testing, dotnet, AI, data engineer, Power BI, Qlik Sense.


Experience in client interaction.


Experience working in full-time and contract requirements.


Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.


Strong client management and negotiation skills.


Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards.


Fluent in Marathi.
