Site Reliability Engineer

Your mission: reduce incidents, automate everything, and help us dream big while delivering at scale. To achieve this, you will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying potential system issues early, implementing preventive measures, and boosting system resilience;
  2. Automating processes to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments;
  3. Solving problems at scale through root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog;
  4. Optimizing performance using programming and scripting expertise (Python, Bash, etc.) to strengthen infrastructure and services;
  5. Mentoring and growing by sharing knowledge with peers, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation;
  6. Continuously evolving by staying ahead of new technologies, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of our IT systems.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages;
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
  • A strong incident response and problem-solving mindset;
  • The ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation;
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

This position requires:

  • Java programming skills;
  • Experience with monitoring and APM tools.

Nice to have skills include:

  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer;
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools;
  • A passion for creating a culture of automation, resilience, and learning.
