Mortgage Processing Specialist

Our organization requires professionals who can excel in mortgage domain back-end operations.

This role involves engaging with various procedural requirements such as document review, indexing, and maintaining a thorough understanding of processes through continuous knowledge transfer.

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligently develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of procedures and processes by participating in regular training sessions.
  • Promote operational activities aligning with defined procedural requirements such as document management, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Achieve / Exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, and efficiency as established.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background with a focus on arts or science disciplines.
  • Excellent command of the English language with proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Excel software.
  • Willingness to adapt to US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM).
