DesignCafe is hiring freelance interior designers/design partners for its MGROAD & HSR Centre.

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in interior design is required.

This is an in-person opportunity, not a work-from-home role.

You will have the freedom to choose your hours and number of projects while earning commissions with our support.

We provide access to online design tools, a vast catalog of furniture, decor, products, and services, as well as a network of community managers, vendors, and service partners.

Your key responsibilities will include pitching, designing, and managing project execution.

We handle marketing, leads, and backend tasks, allowing you to focus on your creative work.

The Design Partner program offers a unique opportunity to build your own identity and grow your business.

  • A strong background in modular residential interiors (flats, apartments, etc.) is essential.
  • Effective communication and client interaction skills are also crucial.
  • You must be available for 12-15 days mainly on Saturdays and Sundays at our Experience Center.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends as needed is necessary.
