Job Overview:

  • We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative designs based on client conversations and feedback
  • Maintain familiarity with the latest Interior Design trends and best practices
  • Determine customer needs through regular communication and adjust designs accordingly
  • Liaise with clients to assess their requirements and preferences
  • Develop and implement project plans, including creating BoQs and coordinating with internal agencies
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • Lead and own customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive deal closure by developing effective sales pitches and leading design meetings
Requirements:
  • Graduation or relevant diploma (15 years of academic education)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer
  • Proven track record of delivering 5-6 residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other software
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including conceptual, technical, modular, and civil works
  • Able to work independently and drive performance among team members
  • Result-oriented, team player with strong integrity and ethics

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with interior design trends and industry developments
