  • We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling, with experience in working with large datasets and developing predictive models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support data science initiatives.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in coding, documentation, and model governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
  • Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
