As a highly skilled professional, you will play a crucial role in our Travel and Expense Claims team.

This exciting opportunity involves end-to-end processing and auditing of travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for executing reimbursement reports, distributing them to the payroll team, and managing corporate card programs to optimize spend and mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Concur Expense Management System, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be required to interpret reports, identify discrepancies, and suggest workable solutions.

You will also be expected to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal audit teams, to ensure seamless execution of tasks and resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end T&E processing and auditing functions
  • Manage corporate card programs to optimize spend and mitigate risks
  • Process and reconcile T&E pay cycles utilizing reporting from Concur and SAP
  • Communicate effectively with internal audit teams and stakeholders
