Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for providing constructive feedback to associates based on monitoring outcomes to enhance performance and compliance.

You will also prepare and deliver accurate and timely transaction monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders, analyzing quality performance data continuously and recommending actionable improvements at both the associate and process levels.

In addition, you will provide root causes of errors, compliant/escalations and maintain an analysis log based on audit data and feedback loop, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with associates and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in travel industry or diploma in travel, with knowledge of GDS systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constructive feedback to associates based on monitoring outcomes
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely transaction monitoring reports
  • Analyze quality performance data and recommend actionable improvements
  • Provide root causes of errors, compliant/escalations and maintain an analysis log

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in travel industry or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of GDS systems and processes
