Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role in learning and development. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content including decks, playbooks, videos, and quizzes that cater to the needs of our Beauty Advisors and partners.
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to improve sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product development and research teams, to ensure accurate and compliant training content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish training budgets and vendor SLAs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare products, including INCI and shade science.
  • Bilingual skills in Hindi and English, with excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high travel comfort.

Hiring Notes:

Please note that candidates with prior L&D experience may have stronger pedagogy and content creation skills but may need coaching on retail hustle. Ex-BA/Counter Leads may have great field intuition but require testing for content creation and analytics skills. Prior brand-side experience beats third-party trainers for accountability to KPIs.
