
Learning Development Manager

About the Role:
We seek a seasoned expert to lead our learning development function. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance patient experience, service excellence, team work, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
- Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
- Design and deliver behavioral and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
- Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
- Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
- Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders.
- Establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
- Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to drive learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduation/post-graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry.
