AI Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

This role involves designing, building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, particularly in the areas of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and real-world experience in developing AI systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers, is essential for creating scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Model Design & Development: Design and develop AI/ML models tailored to business needs.
  • LLM Deployment: Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs or other deep learning architectures.
  • Data Preprocessing & Model Evaluation: Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference.
  • Integration & API Management: Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs.
  • Industry Advancements: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • AI/ML Engineering Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
  • Python Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience working with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or related domains.
  • MLOps Practices: Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines).
  • API Integration: Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
