Key Objectives
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python applications with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.
Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications. Additionally, you will be required to write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.
Mentorship is also an essential part of this role, where you will be responsible for guiding junior developers and providing technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.
To succeed in this position, you must have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). You should also possess strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design, as well as a proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
Other key requirements include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions, solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices, excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Good to Have: Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI, experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products, prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
