Job Title: Structural Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled structural design professional to develop and analyze aerospace and defense structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, test, and validate primary and secondary aircraft/UAV structures using composite and metallic materials.
  • Perform in-depth structural analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue, and impact) using advanced tools like ANSYS.
  • Support weight optimization and structural efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for load cases derived from flight, ground, and environmental conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structural integrity and manufacturability.
  • Participate in structural testing (static load tests, vibration tests, drop tests) and correlate results with analysis.
  • Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards such as MIL-STD, ASTM, or DGCA/CAA regulations.
  • Support failure investigation and recommend design improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (with aerospace structural experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of aircraft/UAV structural design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CAD software such as CATIA, Fusion 360.
  • Knowledge of material properties (composite, aluminium alloys, titanium, etc.).
  • Proficiency in computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis.
