We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Design Professional to lead our structural engineering team. As a seasoned expert in designing concrete and steel structures, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing complex projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality designs and documents.
  • Analyze and design reinforced concrete structures, including high-rises, stadiums, airports, malls, culverts, and tanks.
  • Develop and implement design programs to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other trades to coordinate structural requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and bill of quantities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing concrete and steel structures.
  • Expertise in using software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead junior engineers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures, including high-rises, stadiums, airports, malls, culverts, and tanks. They will also have knowledge of international Codes and Standards, understanding of loads & load paths, seismic and wind load parameters, and applicable design approaches.
