Job Opportunity
We are seeking a talented professional to join our organization in the role of Customer Success Intern.
About the Job
This internship opportunity requires full-time commitment, working 9 hours a day with a 1-hour break. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat, reviewing candidate-provided documents, educating candidates on documentation processes, and documenting interactions and feedback.
Collaboration is essential for success in this role as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience. Tasks involve creating and maintaining support documentation, assisting Candidate Support Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information, and handling level 1 escalations.
Requirements
To be successful, strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management. You should also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A communication champion with clarity, professionalism, and empathy is required.
