About the Opportunity
Are you eager to launch your career in customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for our Customer Support Intern (Calling) role. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional and empathetic communication.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of prior customer support experience. Your primary focus will be on handling customer calls in both Hindi and English, ensuring clear, concise, and respectful dialogue. Knowledge of a third language will be considered an added advantage.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
2. Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
3. Recording and updating customer interactions in the CRM system.
4. Assisting in resolving basic queries and escalating issues when required.
5. Ensuring clear communication in Hindi and English at all times.
6. Supporting the team in improving customer satisfaction by delivering quality conversations.
Key Requirements
- 0–6 months of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of a third language will be an added advantage.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a positive approach to handling queries.
- BASIC computer skills with the ability to use CRM tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs.
