Lead Executive

We are seeking a seasoned C-level professional to lead our operations and drive business growth.

This full-time on-site role is based in Ahmedabad, India or Pune, India. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of product development projects across various domains.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute company strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across multiple departments.
  • Partner with the existing C-level team and the Board to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Represent the company externally to investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience overseeing multiple departments within a fast-growing organization.
  • Deep domain expertise in finance, technology, marketing, or people operations.
  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple functions and organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and scale. Past experience of scaling business operations is desired.
  • Bachelors' degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience required. Past C-level and/or entrepreneurial experience required.
  • Past experience of legal and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Past experience of employment/leadership experience in multiple geographies is a plus.
