Job Description

As a Business Systems Strategist, you'll be responsible for transforming how our clients work. You'll need to model current-state processes and data flows, then sketch future-state workflows that take advantage of better tools, data, and automation.

  • Lead strategic discovery to surface bottlenecks, quantify impact, and understand priorities with client stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and select the right mix of SaaS, AI, and integration options, balancing speed, cost, and scalability for each client's unique context.
  • Draft phased implementation roadmaps that guide our development teams and keep executives bought in throughout the transformation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, SaaS market fluency, and expertise in AI and automation.
  • Process design mastery: Diagram complex workflows and spot bottlenecks quickly, whether using formal frameworks or digital whiteboards.
  • Skills in cross-industry experience, facilitation, and communication, with proven ability to lead stakeholder interviews and earn trust up to the C-suite.
