Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Specialist to manage day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets, ensuring seamless functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
  • They will also be responsible for managing records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts, as well as coordinating company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital, is another key aspect of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will assist HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking, while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting internal audits.
  • In addition, they will supervise housekeeping and maintain a clean and professional office environment.
  • This individual will also support internal teams with logistics for events, trainings, or reviews.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required)
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in working with finance, HR, or compliance teams is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
