Key Responsibilities of a Delivery Operations Manager

This role oversees the end-to-end last mile delivery process within the hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.

The Delivery Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team of delivery professionals to meet performance standards.

Cash handling operations are overseen by this manager, with daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries performed accurately.

Daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other key metrics are tracked, monitored, and reported by this manager.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, focusing on last-mile delivery operations, or 4-5 years of senior logistics experience.
  • Strong route knowledge, hands-on experience with reporting, and proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
