Transformative AI Engineer Role at Recur Club

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief AI Engineering Director to lead our AI engineering efforts and drive innovation in financial automation.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Generative AI to empower our mission of building India's largest AI-native debt marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in Python and ML frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with NLP, text processing, LLMs, and large datasets.

You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI models, developing Generative AI solutions, building Agentic AI workflows, and collaborating with product teams to refine AI-driven credit assessment tools.

A strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of industry trends in Agentic AI and Generative AI.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to your technical expertise, we value clear communication and the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

  • Design and deploy AI models for automating credit scoring, risk management, and fraud detection.
  • Develop Generative AI solutions to enhance data analysis, customer interactions, and personalized financial recommendations.
  • Build Agentic AI workflows for creating autonomous lending operations that can make informed decisions with minimal human intervention.
  • Extract insights from financial documents using advanced NLP, LLMs, and machine learning techniques.
  • Build scalable AI pipelines for real-time decision-making in lending.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine AI-driven credit assessment tools.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on scalable model deployment.
  • Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, text processing, LLMs, and large datasets.
  • Experience with Generative AI models and understanding of Agentic AI systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in MLOps and cloud platforms (preferably AWS, SageMaker).
  • Clear communicator who can work across teams and stakeholders.
