Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Area Head in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in their assigned areas through strategic planning, effective marketing strategies, and team collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Developing and executing marketing plans to expand franchisee businesses.
    • New admissions and handling school permissions to ensure seamless business operations.
    • Fostering new franchisee relationships to enhance business growth.
    • Retail sales management and customer retention activities.
    • Coordinating marketing initiatives and events to build strong relationships with the team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel extensively across Mumbai.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
