  • This position involves reviewing and analyzing loan term sheets, credit memos, and other related documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of credit analysis/underwriting experience with financial institutions or lenders.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, with exposure to real estate debt being highly preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

  • Drafting clear and comprehensive credit memos.
